Alpevox Finance is a data API and informational tool only. It is not a financial adviser, broker, or fund manager, and does not execute trades, hold funds, or manage brokerage accounts of any kind. All fundamental and market data is provided for informational purposes. Always conduct your own research or consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Alpevox Finance ("Alpevox Finance", "we", "our", or "us"), including our website, dashboard, and API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2.Nature of Service

Alpevox Finance provides company fundamentals, valuation ratios, insider transaction records, and related market data via a web dashboard and REST API. We do not provide brokerage services, do not execute trades, and do not hold, custody, or have any access to your funds or any brokerage account.

All data is sourced from public filings (such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR system) and third-party market data providers, and is provided "as is" without warranty of completeness, accuracy, or timeliness.

3.Not Financial Advice

Nothing provided through Alpevox Finance — including fundamentals, ratios, valuation metrics, screener results, or insider transaction data — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

You should always seek independent financial advice from a qualified professional before making investment decisions. We are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or dealers.

4.User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any API keys issued to you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or API keys.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behaviour.

5.Data Sources and Third-Party Services

Fundamental data is sourced from the SEC's public EDGAR system. Live and cached pricing, valuation, and news data is sourced via Alpaca Markets' market data API, used here solely as a data provider — Alpevox Finance has no brokerage relationship with Alpaca on your behalf and does not facilitate trade execution through Alpaca or any other venue.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our own systems.

6.API Access and Acceptable Use

API access is subject to the rate limits and usage restrictions of your subscription tier. You may not share, sell, or sublicense your API key, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or use the API to build a competing data redistribution product without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to revoke API access for any account found to be abusing the service, attempting to scrape data outside normal API usage, or violating these terms.

7.Subscription and Payments

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full Pro-tier access, no credit card required. After the trial, continued access requires an active Pro or Pro+ subscription.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time from your account's Subscription page.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpevox Finance and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or API, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even where such losses result from inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable data.

9.Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Alpevox Finance — including but not limited to software, aggregated datasets, documentation, and branding — are owned by Alpevox and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Underlying public filing data remains the property of its original source (e.g. the SEC).

10.Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

11.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform or API after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
