Payment information: when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.

Process subscription payments and manage billing
Send account-related emails (confirmation, billing, service notices)
Monitor usage for rate limiting, fraud prevention, and service reliability

We rely on the following third-party services to operate Alpevox Finance. Each processes a limited scope of your data as described:

Supabase — authentication and account data storage
TiDB Cloud — market and fundamentals data storage
Stripe — payment processing
Resend — transactional email delivery
Vercel — application hosting

Market and company data displayed through our API (from the SEC's EDGAR system and Alpaca Markets) is public financial data sourced for our product's content — these sources do not receive or process your personal account information.

5.Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed API keys (never stored in plain text), and access-restricted database credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6.Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or billing record purposes.
